In the year 2000, I finished the JET programme and wanted to take Genki
English national. After figuring out I wasn't going to get very far on
a mountain bike, I teamed up with a fellow ex-ALT, Will Jasprizza, and
took Genki English on a tour around Japan in style; in a 1975 Volkswagen
camping van. From Fukuoka in Kyushu, up to the top of Hokkaido and back
down again to the volcano of Sakura Island, see for yourself what being
